Is your product safe for children under age 1?

Accepted Answer

As always, I recommend speaking with your child's physician or self researching before giving to your children. Personally, my child has taken elderberry since 8 months of age.

If you plan to give to your children, be sure to select the "no honey" option for children under the age of 1.

Is your product safe for consumption while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Accepted Answer

Like many other herbal products, I am required to say; ask your medical professional before consuming.

My personal experience: I have taken elderberry syrup throughout both of my pregnancies to stay well. I have personally breastfed for the last 3 years with daily consumption. The wellness level in my house has increased significantly just with this daily remedy.

Does your syrup need to be refrigerated?

Our small batched syrup will need to go in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it, even if you do not start using right away. Our syrup is made fresh and shipped out same day or next day. Our syrup will be shipped at room temperature but cannot stay at room temperature for more than 7 days.

Do you offer free shipping when you spend a large amount?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this. All of our elderberry syrups are packaged in glass bottles; automatically requiring more packaging materials to make sure the package arrives to you without being damaged. 
With the cost of shipping dramatically increasing over the last year, we are already offering flat rate shipping at $5. Please know that this is our gift to you, as all of our products require more than $5 to ship. 
With that being said, as a small business we are unable to offer any more discounts with shipping than we already are.

If I order on a weekend, when will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

To ensure that your order makes it to you within 5 days, all orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
